Default Almost there...

Finally made some headway with my engine this past weekend...
Engine has been on the stand since October, but it is free from the stand finally...

One of the reasons the engine was on the stand so long was I decided to rebuild the transmission as well, including a Transgo shift kit...

We were going to wait til Saturday morning to drop her in but the excitement overcame us and we stayed up a bit longer and dropped her in Friday night...

Almost there... still need to install speedometer gear in tailshaft and install driveshaft... then need to run electrical... then fill with fluids and hopefully fire her up...

She has been sitting up at the ranch for a few years now.... Will be good to get her back on the road

The guy I bought it from had some long tube headers on it, but he beat the hell out of them to get them to fit... My dad had these corvette ramhorn centerdrops he is going to let me use until for now... May switch back to headers someday
