What size tire are you running if you don't mind me asking? The cam company I used said either 3.23 or 3.42.....I suppose it depends if I want better mpg or spg, of course I when I talked to them I was gong to use the 200-4r.
Thanks for your input.

I am seriously debating keeping the 7.5".......at least until it breaks. Using a true trac and better axles. I'm a litter older now and not nearly as hard on parts.

I think that is right about where I want to be @ 75mph. With the 700R having .70 4th anf the close ration Tremec having .64 5th, I'll probably go with the 3.42. TY for the comment.

I am home for a short time, I was able to go to the Hot Rod shop and get the "heart transplant" started. it took me about 4 1/2 hours to get it this far....then it started getting hot. I'm nearly ready to begin removal of the front clip.

Kyle
Can you try this?
Your link above shows ending in jpg?dl=0
http://www.dropbox.com/s/ff2d0o8i29i...81554.jpg?dl=0
can you try it as the next one ending in jpg
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ff2d0o8i29...117_081554.jpg

It is possible the "engine" for this site is looking for particular file types, like jpg, png, gif

My apologies, I was referring to the photo bucket link. I can open it in another window, but it will not show in my post. I will research further in the forum. TY though.

Similar problem
By right clicking on the failed black box with the X, I can see the URL
Note that it ends in .html which should be a hypertext markup file (a web page not an image file).
http://s392.photobucket.com/user/kta...wmqcx.jpg.html this ends in html, yet might not display correctly here.

I think the engine (tool that makes this site and it's edits etc ) on this site knows that is not an image file.

What I think is happening is that photobucket is showing you a page in HTML format.
When I go to your page
http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/p...psirrwmqcx.jpg
and right click show source, I see that it is a full html page.
I can scan it and find the name of this jpg file.\
http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/p...psirrwmqcx.jpg
Then I use the picture tool to put it below in this thread.

Time to try again.....I had a little more progress today. Completed the wiring, exhaust header removal (from the block, removing the drivers header AFTER engine comes out). Removed the bumper, nose and filler panels.... ALMOST ready for the front clip.

Hi Kyle
Going to keep an eye on yr build.
I cant see your pictures yet.
I am using photobucket too, no problems here for the pictures.

You have to copy the second link for the picture in your album for it to show up.The one listed as "IMG"
