A lot of Bruce Springsteen songs remind me of muscle cars. Thunder Road tends to remind me of 3rd gen Camaros for some reason, That's been true since before I knew what a Camaro was...

This is the best driving song there is, no matter what you're driving, IMHO. Best way to hear it is at night, preferably out away from towns/cities. Say, maybe, going across N. Dakota/Wyoming about 2am. Turn it up and let'er eat!!

Nice video, Keyser.
I've been wrenching on a Sprint Car for the last 25 years and seeing those cars airborne is still scary. I know what it's like to have to glue one of those back together just to get it on the trailer to go home.
BTW, your horsepower estimate is a bit light. Our current motor dyno'ed just shy of 850 hp and is now 5 years old. Newer stuff is pushing 900, which in a 1250# car is absolutely awesome.

Very cool billyjack!! My favorite racing quote of all time is by Steve Kinser (practically owned World of Outlaws circuit for years). When asked what it was like to roll a car end-over-end 13 times his answer was.........."dirt, sky, dirt, sky, dirt, sky..."

One of the drag boat racers said (after a top end crash), "Water's not a liquid when you hit it doing 200MPH!"
