Default 1976 Cadillac Mirage Pickup

1976 Cadillac Mirage Pickup - $19500 (Trophy Club)

This 500 c.i. fuel injected masterpiece was created by Gene Winfield for Cadillac in 1976. Originally designed for Evil Kneivel to transport his motorcycles to his shows. Only 104 were produced. This is 1 of only 6 Mirages with a fuel injected engine, that was built and delivered back to the Cashman dealership in Las Vegas, equipped with a full Cadillac factory warranty. That's what makes this very rare vehicle extremely unique.

It was bought and raised in Las Vegas. All original, with the exception of T-tops and custom grill.. A true barn find. An absolute show stopper.

The original owner passed away about 15 years ago. I purchased it from his wife shortly after his death.

This car sold for over 20 grand back in 1976. I have the original window sticker. You won't see or find another one anywhere around here. Most are tucked away in a collection or a museum.

For more info on this heirloom, look up "HISTORY OF THE CADILLAC MIRAGE." It'll give you an insight into the conception of this unique vehicle.

Why buy an Escalade when you can own a piece of American History for 1/3 of the price? Interesting trades welcome. MAKE AN OFFER.

Zerberfert will become famous soon enough

I was wondering what it was called. There in one in a junk yard real close to me but it's not in good shape at all.

Had a friend who ordered a new Mirage from a local Cadillac dealer in '76. I'm not a Cadillac guy, so it didn't appeal to me, but you couldn't argue with the level of craftsmanship, fit and finish. The conversion was done right. Unlike the various flower cars built for funerals, this one was aimed at the consumer market, so it looked good with an empty bed.
Not worth 20 G's of my money though, even if it did fit in my garage.
