My second El Camino. The First was a '84. Bought this one from a dealer in Ok.

Modifications
Drivetrain
Crate 350/290 Engine with GM 24502476 cam.
(cam was installed at the suggestion of GM tech support and according to them makes it 300 hp). All emissions retained except EGR. an EGR delete prom was added. Edelbrock 3701 intake and a SMI Stage two computer controled Quadrajet (76jets, 57U rods). Hedman Elite 61318 headers, Pypes "X" pipe duals, two cats, Pypes (very quite) RacePro mufflers.

Interior
Completely stock with the exception of Auto Meter tack, engine coolant and transmission gauges and Prodigy adustable trailer brake contoller. Also installed '87 AM/FM cassette radio to replace the original AM/FM.
Exterior
Completely stock with one respray,and a custom made class 3 trailer hitch.

Converted rear axle to 3.42
Suspension
Rear sway bar, jounce bars, radiator "X" bars,and fender support bars added.
Wheel and Tire
stock wheels, 225/70R/14 white walls
