It was once own buy a couple who bought it in '78 here in Texas, standard package, nothing special, eventually the husband died,and the wife never drove it afterwards. After she died the state took over their belongings since they had no children. The ElCo went through the state and one lawyer in particular got his hands on it and new that his buddy, who was a part time mechanic, would love to have it. The ElCo was given to the mechanic and he spent his time fixing it up after it had been sitting for four years while the Wife had passed and it had gone through the state. The mechanic and his neighbor spent their time fixing it and testing it out. eventually they got it running and decided to sell on craigslist. Where eventually came alone to buy it.

Interior
replaced AC Delco AM radio with an AC Delco AM/FM radio. New Headliner. Cigarette lighter socket replace with newer socket meant for cell chargers.
