Light Metallic Blue
Originally used for many years as an Oregon farm car. Owned by a WWII veteran bomber pilot who flew numerous successful bombing missions over Nazi Germany. (I have a list of all the missions he took. Railways, Stutgart, munitions factories...fascinating. While alive Jesse decided to restore the El Camino and from what I can tell he spent a lot of money, time, and love to do so, before passing away. His widow kept the car garaged but seldom drove it: good and bad. Good, it looks great. Bad, a lot of what her husband did has been undone by it sitting for so long. But I am doing what I can to keep it roadworthy, and drive it to work several times a week. It may never be a show El Camino, but it's MY El Camino.
