History
It was nicknamed and known to some by "HaulinSS" for many years. I had the plate when I lived in Michigan. Unfortunately, that name was taken when I relocated to Indiana. Best I could get was "EL MEANO", so that's why it's still kinda both. I don't particularly like it having a different name than what's on the plate...I'm weird I guess, so hence the "a.k.a.".
Mom bought new in 1983. I started driving it my Junior year of H.S. in 1989, and have had it ever since. Still have my first car...and mom's receipt for it! Going on over 31 years now...
Never getting rid of it because I've heard way too many "wish I still had it" stories!
Both my kids swear they're getting it... Planning on building another one with my son for his own instead! ;-)
