I recently inherited this car from my Uncle Ingram. He recently passed away tragically due to a head injury. This car was truly his baby, and after he passed my aunt said she could think of no one else who would treat this car the way he treated it but me. My first experience with this car was when I was 14 (now 31). I was visiting my aunt and uncle and we had decided to go to a car show and he wanted to take the El Camino. On our way we stopped at a red light, and next to us was a 90s model Corvette. My uncle being the big kid he was, revved the engine. The corvette responded, the race was on. The El Camino smoked the Corvette. This wasn’t the coolest part. After the "race" at the next stop light my uncle showed me the power of the 396, by white smoking the wheels going 20mph. After that, I fell in love with the car. I am going to pick the car up soon and I will post pictures of the Beast!!
