Numbers matching ermine white/ bright blue SS396 with 71K sold in Phoenix AZ. I purchased from second owner in Nachitoches La in 2003.
Zero rust but original paint was dead and all rubber was rotten. Repaint to original color, re chromed bumpers, new/repop interior and new trim pieces and I drove it stock until late 2010.
