Built in the Freemont Ca plant, the truck was originally sold to a sheep rancher in Texas. In the mid 80's, the truck was purchased for use as a parts chaser. It was rehabbed, the front clip replaced with one from an SS, and repainted. I bought it in 2000 off a used car lot in WV. The dealer goes to Texas to buy cars and brings them here to resell.
