History
Vicki Sue started her life in Dallas in mid '86 at Young Chevrolet the same way as most vehicles, sitting on a sales lot, waiting for someone to take her home. A father/son had her before me, with the Dad buying her new in the Fall of '86. When I bought her in the Fall of '11, she had 78,xxx original miles.
She's garaged nitely and washed & polished often, even tho she's not perfect. Despite her flaws, she's won "Best in Show" a time or two (a couple of dings, some hail dents; I don't consider it 'damage', but rather 'character' on an old *******'s old truck.) I don't put her in competitions often, but when I do, I have a little sign that I lay up on her dash next to the entry slip. It says "You're right... I'm NOT a perfect "10" -- I've been thru "hail" and back, plus -- I WORK FOR A LIVING!!!" after all, she's still a daily driver.
