Over the last week: i.) put heads, intake, exhaust manifolds and carb back on motor; ii.) primed oil pump and got 50lbs of pressure; iii.) modified center bolt valve covers so that sheet metal webbing inside valve cover does not hang up on roller rockers; iv.) installed almost all of serpentine belt system and made mods so Sanden compressor attaches, and P/S pump and A/C line up with crank; and vii.)installed 91 camaro dual fans from V8 TPI camaro after fabricating upper bracket.

I will get some pictures shortly.

spent Saturday washing her Sunday way early in the AM waxing and polishing and detailing her for a local car show only for it to rain shortly after leaving the house. Gosh darn it all to heck. I know that's a little harsh there was no need for me to come unglued like that

I cleaned Carlos up, and went out and shot a few pics for the 2014 NECOA Calendar, but this herd of COWS started chasing me...

I talked to my '81 about accepting AFR heads, and being nice to them, I think it went ok.

Cool

Found headers that fit right and installed them. Might get the body back on in a week or two.

Began the 4 wheel disc conversion, including Global west negative roll system in front.

rear brakes are done, parking brake hooked up and functioning.

Caprice spindle for 12" front discs installed - global west negative roll uppers - stiffened original lower control arms used.

Growing pile of heavy metal - anybody need circa '66 brake parts? I'm gonna have a bumper crop of them.
