check this video - i went to Daytona for 8 hot laps (and just now figured out how covert it from the dvd)

i don't start rolling until the 5min mark, then at the 9min mark you'll see 2 cars out in front - i passed them on the next lap, in turn 1, going over 140mph (they were dloing about 130)! it was too cool for words. Day-freakin'-tona!

That is so cool, Ed. I think we are all jealous. That engine sounds so tough!
I know I am!

How many people can say they've gone 100+mph in a NASCAR.

Not too many, that's awesome!

Cool! It'll make you look at the track a little different next Turkey Run.
Are you still grinning? :You_Rock:
I know Ed's still grinning. Now you may better understand why I have a stick shift & exhaust cutout, the sound & feel have to be experienced personally.
FYI, I ,ve went faster than 143 in my el camino years ago on a LONG , NEW country road (based on tachometer reading & math). Although unconfirmed & no pics, at least I can't get in trouble for it now.Even though it was over 13 years ago, I still smile when I think about it, I, m sure you'll do the same years from now.
