Hi folk, I recently was offered a very sharp el camino for trade and I'm looking for honest thoughts or market value before making any decisions. I would appreciate a fast turn and price and then what I could expect it to fetch if I have months to wait for it to sell. I'm attaching the link of the craigslist post directly as it seems I can't upload pictures properly.

The engine has less than 15,000 miles on it, car's interior is near mint and the body is straight as an arrow, this is the nicest camino I've ever seen locally.

Thanks

I'm not sure what kind of profit you are looking to make. I would say it could sell for 12K to 15K. If you are looking to jump into that thing for 10 or 11K and hold off to make a few, have at it. I don't think its going to be a big money maker though.

I realize prices are higher in Ak. and clean cars are hard to find but.....

I lived in the Kenai/Soldotna area for way too many years.

Thats not a bad price but not great either.

Your not going to make any money and will have to sit on it for awhile to break even.

If you want it for yourself offer 19-20k.

If all you want to do is flip it, offer 15-18k. But only if its REALLY clean with NO hidden rust.

I know people in the Wasilla area that may know more about the car.
