you need a book

welcome Capt
its a delicate balance between the MCS lean/rich stop settings
Idle Air Bypass setting,, and the Idle Mixture Screws..
cant remember any of those settings, how many turns on each..

but youll need a Dwell Meter to test it all..
you set the idle MCS Duty Cycle at 15% or so for a baseline
and check/test the fast idle [3000 rpm] duty cycle at 25-35% ..
I think, sort-of.. maybe.. IIRC

on a normal Qjet you start about 2 turns out on the Mixture screws,,
but I have to get the book out every time for the E2's, E4's ..

I;m looking for my book, it's probly at my brothers,,
last place I used it, a year or 2 ago,, maybe ??
