I am in need for the plastic hold down clips for my bed trim. The only I found was at the El camino store for $6 a piece! Thats over $100 for the whole set (19 clips)
Is there anywhere else that carries the clips for the 73-77 el camino? can i use the clips from a 5th gen

most importantly, does anyone have the part number on these clips for the 4th gen? The original GM part #? That would make it a whole lot easier.

GM don't make them anymore !! Here is one on e bay !! steelybill will tell you they are hard to find !! You will just have to pay the big bucks for them & NO the 5th gen will not fit !!

Ill watch that auction, right now their getting pretty steep in price (as much as from the el camino store)

I have a parts catalog, but it doesn't show a p/n for those clips. It shows a molding "kit" which likely includes the clips.
You might try ecparts.net. Rick & Sue Harrington are owners and are members here. If they can supply a part number, you can do a search on Ebay.

They have a bunch of stuff, but they don't have part numbers listed, so it's hard to be sure of the fit etc.
