Ecklers has the hooks, but are out of stock currently. Dixie restoration as well as OPGI have the hardware. Dixie is way cheaper. Hope you find them.

I’m unaware if they’ve been out of stock for years as next2last stated. Very possible. Kind of crummy to still sell the hardware, but not the component…. Sorry bout that
