I'm looking for a drivers side headrest for my '84 with the stock bench seat with fold down armrest. I really don't need the whole thing, just the foam part. I'm getting my seat reupholstered and the foam inside the drivers headrest is caved in.

I'm buying an upholstery kit, I've done several, so I don't have that option.

I have never found anyone making replacement headrest foam. You will need to repair the ones that you have.
I had to do this when I installed my upholstery kit.
Go have a talk with some local upholstery shops. It doesn't even have to be an auto upholstery shop.
They actually gave me some foam that I repaired mine with.

what is different about headrest upholstery foam? harder? softer?
the only other place I can think of that deals in foam would be a regular upholstery shop or a medical prosthetics shop that could shape the foam you want and mount it to the headrest bracket
