My brother has recently acquired a 78 Black Knight and we're having a problem identifying what is wrong with the gauges. They gauges work fine until you turn on the headlights... they all peg to the top when the lights are on. Also, when the regular lights are on, the high beam indicator is illuminated. When the brights are on, the indicator is not illuminated.

Any advice?
