I see a pipe/tube welded A frame on both sides of the fenders that I would assume the chain fall is hooked to.

If you have the tools to make them (hydraulic press and bender), I can give you the specs. They are 8mm thick and between 11-12" long

Looking at them that would be the easiest way to replicate them even though they may not have been made that way.

I'm not a machine shop worker by any stretch of the imagination, so I don't know what the proper points to bend would be that would make an exact duplicate (kind of like not knowing about the kerf when you cut wood). all I can do is whip out the calipers and give some pretty accurate dimensional measurements

bolted to the bed using a nutsert
Just a pic showing what they look like
Nobody makes new ones & Very hard to find in decent shape, most are rusted
sometimes NOS comes one bay for a ton of money
