A very good, and detailed description of how to change these out, and adjust the window glass in our 5th gens. It is in the June 2012 Chevy Classics magazine from Eckler's, I actually learned what I did not do the last time I changed mine. May help out someone fixing to tackle this job.

Well! That article was about as useful as Ti** on a bore hog.
They didn't even start to go into the window adjustments. they showed you two and didn't do a good job of describing them and then went on to say to adjust away with the rest of the adjustments. I was hoping to pick up some good tips.

Couldn't agree more with you Neil.Many of us already know more than most magazine articles provide, although we'd like to know a little more. I kept your door pic in your post back when I first saw it.That Ecklers article may as well have went into a commercial when it came down to adjustment.
And the yellow adhesive glue?? Not my choice either.
