I just bought this El camino and it has been sitting for a few years. I started with a tune up, shocks and brakes. While I waited for some parts, I sandblasted and painted the Rally Wheels. Self etching primer on the bare steel followed by some gunmetal gray paint. Cleaned up the trim, some decent used tires and ordered new caps off Ebay. Turned out pretty good for a low buck operation.

Looks good. Same as me. Started at the bottom and worked up. I did the wheels also and added new tires. The ones that came with it were 20 years old.
