Okay guys am in the final thros of converting 86 to ls1 :D . I bought new tbi pressure fuel line, return line, new tbi 22 gallon tank and new sending unit. Fuel line ends about 2 feet from sending unit in the center of the car. It is approximately the same place my old line ended. It has male flare (with o-ring) on it. Sending unit has male flare. This is all "stock" parts but my car was a 305 and didn't have the line (it used gas line hose and clamps to connect the two old pieces). I don't have a clue :-( what was used to connect the two up. Does anyone here have any ideas. Also looking for double line clamps for the fuel and return line to fasten them to the frame rail. Yes I used a new high pressure pump but it was plug and play into sending unit.

From my hardlines I went to a fitting that took it to braided line. On the feed line I had an AN male fitting brazed on, and used an AN fitting to braided line. Then used regular worm clamp on the fitting on the return (low pressure).

You can't see the tank connections but this might give you an idea.
