Hi there, i took lumpy for some much needed repair, and a alignment. I got a call from
the guy and said he would need to remove my steering wheel and reclock it?? He says a extra 45 bucks so i say ok.... fast forward picked up lumpy and wow what a difference it is. It actually goes straight:nanawrench: not so fast :let_it_all_out: when i go by my homies house to see him i honked the horn, nothing, then again still nothing, then i smell smoke and rubber burning:let_it_all_out:seems that when he did the work he unplugged the horns and when put it back together left one unhooked and it was wedged between the fenderwell and fender so when i honked the horn power to ground and there i am with a burnt up horn harness and MELTED the horn relay, so after removing half of my dash to find it( i have a olds cutlass interior dash and all) so cut up and bleeding i head to the local pick n pull grab one for 2$ so i put it all back together and all is good now could have been much worse
price for relay $2
price to replace lumpy= priceless
point is even if you pay someone else doesnt mean its right i know it was a lil mistake
but could have went way bad also.
