Well it’s back on the road after a year and a half hiatus. My next adventure will be under the hood. New manifold, carb, and possibly radiator. I have a few things to tidy up on the interior in my spare time. Right now I just want to put a few miles on the El Camino. I need to find a two mile stretch of quiet road to calibrate speedo. Maybe if all goes well I’ll try to get down the south end of town next Saturday for the local car gathering/show. Here are a couple of pics of El Camino parked in my cul de sac.

Thanks everybody for the compliments. It took years of procrastination, family health issues and other priorities but I am finally happy about getting the bulk of the work done. I still have more to do but right now it’s time enjoy it.
