Bypass fuel separator

need help... We're trying to bypass the fuel separator and cannot figure what to cap and where to route. The sending unit has two tubes, which we can connect to the proper lines, but do we put a fuel filter between the lines? And the third line coming down the driver's side of the car, does it go to the center inlet on the tank? and cap the two inlets on the end?
