Ive seen a few tutorials on here, but not sure if the 5th gen tutorials are the same as 3rd gens.
As the title says, I have a 1969 Elky with a TH350 tranny. It is currently a column shift, but i want to put in a B&M Pro Stick shifter

So it looks like i have to remove the Column shifter handle, plug in the cable and bolt the shifter to the floor. I know Im missing other steps, anyone with experience care to give a few tips or pointers! Appreciate it, thanks!

That is a nice shifter. It comes with all the necessary hardware to install it, including a new shift cable. The stock shift linkage will not be used with that shifter. So remove all the stock shifting parts, mount you shifter and then run your new shift cable. You will need to re-wire the neutral safety switch into the new shifter (If you still want that safety feature).
