New Autowire harness. Tail lights work, directional signals work. Neither works when both are on. Anyone run into that before?

Think I found the problem
Appears to be bad ground. Tail light housing was grounded just enough to work for one light, add a second and it fails. Had only loosely tightened bolt to tail light housing while I was working on it. Needed to be bolted tight.
