Will a 80's grand prix driveshaft work on the Camino both with th350?? They do look different & haven't check the size ?

Measure from center of U joint to center of U joint. I believe the El Camino is longer due to the wheel base.

The coupes and sedans have a longer driveline due to the wheelbase.

El Caminos have a wheelbase of 117 inches
The Grand Prix has a wheel base of 108 inches

No. The El camino has a longer drive shaft then the coupe/sedans, The Wagons may be the same .
