I find myself going back again and again to them for all kinds of stuff. They too seem to get it right even when its wrong. Their staff are empowered to fix YOUR problem directly and quickly. I don't find that with some others I've tried.

My experience with Ecklers is that they will try to resolve a problem, but don't expect them to respond to email. You have to call Customer Service.

I have no real trouble with Eckler's and continue to use them often. However, they have annoyed me twice telling me something is in stock and will ship that day when really, it's not in stock. They have been 4-6 days wrong here.
