Not factory though; technically the Camino isn’t a ‘car’, so it wasn’t required to have one in ‘86-7 like cars were. That’s also why it was allowed not to have an energy absorbing rear bumper (apparently trucks, vans and wagons were exempt).

I haven't posted in quite a while. I've been busy with remodeling my rental property and now my home, but I saw this one and talked with the owner today at my local Lowe's store.
