This tubbed 66 rumbled in to a San Diego County Cars & Coffee this morning, setting off car alarms as he rolled in.

Yeah he acknowledged that they were originally installed with the brackets backwards. Original owner, no intention of changing them.
He had a picture from 1986 & it looked the same

that makes it ultrarare and ultra valuable! one of a kind from the factory. should go for lot of money at auction! 😁

I'm sure that's true, but I don't think he or his wife plan on getting rid of it soon. She was surprised by the interest in it.

The threatening clouds did not stop the "3 Amigos" from showing at Perris today -
Left to right - A red '72, a yellow '71, and a red '70 all very nice.

But this was my favorite at the show ...

Exquisite attention to detail everywhere including the all leather interior- sorry no pic.

Saturday evening we took by Z06 to Margaritaville car show and saw this one: I talked to the owner and invited him to join us at el Camino Central. His name is David Soto and he works for the Salvation Army. I hope to see him register here soon.
