I have said that it's cheaper to build your own, and a lot easier to find them too. well, here's the measurements so you can find the right sized tubing. steel tubing works, but as you know, I made mine from stainless steel tubing cause it's prettier and don't rust. (is stronger too!)

Ok..here it is..measured center to center of mounting holes

Jounce bar is 26-1/4" taking into account the bend for installation height difference...slotted hole at frame end...1" hollow tube.

fender to core are 25-1/4" ....slotted hole at both ends....3/4" hollow tube

rad X brace is 32".....slotted hole at one end....3/8" solid steel.

Cool project!
Build a Jig and make a bunch of them and sell them to the rest of us:beer:

I would go with 4130 and not scrap stainless...Over 60 grades of stainless and off the scrap pile it's a guess as to what you get...High nickel content etc.

I'd go up a size for the stainless, it's like a rubber band compared to steel...It gives quicker but stretches farther before breaking....again depending on the grade. This application is for stiffness, not Stretch!
