Has anyone here have their FB account hacked from this latest attack? My daughter account was one of the current victims. I don't do any of the big social media apps, just NECOA and TC. I lead a somewhat low profile on social media. Helps keep the blood pressure and attitude in checkš.

Sorry that happened to you and your family. I heard about that as well. I don't do Facebook at all because of the job I had. I don't want family members to be hurt because of the job.
Mine was hacked some time ago so I canceled it. Have not missed it but my friends have. It's a shame some people have nothing better to do than to screw around with other peoples accounts. Even if it is just for their own misguided entertainment and not to steal what they can, it is pathetic as well as illegal. Don't know a way to avoid it other then not using social media when possible.
No FB for me either, never have. No Twitter either. Its only hobby related sites for me because the the people are nicer.
Mostly automotive and amateur radio related sites and little else except for You Tube hobby videos. Though I have started with bee keeping as a hobby and they also seem like normal people.
Not that all FB people are abnormal. But it only takes a few and I don't want to be around them.
