Greetings-

I've been an El Camino owner for a couple of years, and stumbled across El Camino Central last week. I'm planning on attending the 60th Anniversary Celebration, and am looking forward to meeting everyone!

Also, I recently began posting weekly articles about the El Kylemino (with pics) at a site called Curbside Classic. Take a look when you get a chance- I plan to post a new update every week, so check back every Tuesday:

Glad to have you here. Your articles already helped me out! I have been annoyed by the flaking "chrome" on my turn signal stalk and the cruise control was disabled by a previous owner. Just ordered a standard turn signal stalk in black. Looking forward to not staring at that peeling mess!

Great work on writing about your first Elky ownership experience. I need to do something similar for mine as I inherited it from my father. He purchased it new when I was 6 with a small v6 and 3 speed manual. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful experience!
