I'm talking about the rod that actually pushes on the master cylinder plunger.
I'm going to replace my master cylinder today. I've noticed that this "rod" is really corroded with all kinds of crud. Before I go and break something. Does the rod come out. I remember a friend of mine turning his out to make better contact with the master cylinder. I'd like to remove mine and clean it up before I put the new one on.
So will it come off? and how to know if it replaced properly? :nanawrench:
