Thank you. The last 3 times I ran it on the road have been over 25 miles a trip. The trip speed goes from 25 mph to 65 mph. The engine temperature is at 197*each trip and at the end of each trip the IAC number is over 20 when I restarted it to put it in the garage and that’s on a warm engine. Cause I just shut it off, go through the house and restart it and drive it in. When I started it 4 times yesterday I seen the numbers were not the same each time I started it. I was trying to show the numbers were inconsistent and the last start numbers were what I was trying to get to. These numbers haven’t been consistent after running it on the road. After I found out that PCV was bad and restarted it the IAC number stayed high But when I plugged the port before I changed it the IAC numbers were where they were supposed to be. This was telling me that the system isn’t telling me correctly what the numbers really are . I don’t know the solution but trying to figure it out.

Holley Performance suggested I reprogram it. I tried and now it won't start at all. I tried calling them and was on hold for 30 minutes. I gave up until Monday.

Good luck When you call Monday. Everybody's calling about the problems they have encountered with their Holly installs. :)

Thanks for sharing this with me. Yes, I've been calling them, trying to figure out what I need to do. I'll try reading the manual tomorrow and see what I can figure out from it. Every time I have called it's been a 20 minutes on hold before they answered.

Just tried it again and the fuel pump is running. I don't know about the spark. I don't have any one to help me check that. It's definitely not firing.

I have been trying to get it to start. I had tried several times. I went out today and turned the key and it started, but not running as smooth as I would like.

I restarted it again and it ran better. The IAC number was dropping. I shut it off again and restarted it and the numbers got better and it was running very nice. I have a new problem the temperature on the hand held was flagged at yellow and when it was getting to the 170* and warmer to the 195 * it turned red and stayed there. I called Holley Performance and they didn't have an answer. So I'll have to try it out and see what happens with it. I even clicked the button to not show warnings, but it still did. I'll try starting it tomorrow and hope to get it on the road Wednesday. I appreciate everyone's help with this project. The interesting thing is that the temperature flag is the normal temperature that it always runs at.

Does anyone have any ideas on how come the temperature on the hand held unit has a yellow warning at 60* and and turns red at 92*, when operating temperature is 197*?

I learned something today from Holley Performance. When I adjust the screw I can have the engine running while I tighten the screw, but if I'm backing it up, I need to shut the engine off while I'm making that adjustment or it won't work.

78 I highly recommend following the steps on the YouTube video.
Once you have your TPS & IAC, according to the video drive your truck for 50-75 miles and allow it to Learn before you make any changes.
After 75 miles, if it doesn't behave much better then make minor adjustments

Thank you for your help. I’ve got a little bit over 50 miles so far. 25 or more miles a trip. I’ll see if I can get another 25 plus miles in tomorrow.

apologies, my reply was irrelevant, I didn't realize you had it running already. Congrats
