Hi,

I'm working on a 1970 el camino 350/350. Here's the breakdown of the wiring issues:

No working turn signals, although the rear lights blink with the hazard switch pulled

I have working brake lights but when I pull the switch for running lights it cancels the brake lights out

The rear turn signals turn on but dont blink and also get cancelled out when the running lights are turned on.

All of the lights on the front work except turn signals...

I have replaced the flasher on the fuse box, cleaned the ground connections both up front and in back where the taillights mount to the car...Am I missing grounds? It sure seems like that's the issue...

Any and all info is GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks

welcome Sean
sure sounds like a ground problem,, check the small ground wire on the battery that goes to the fender or core support..

check that the bulbs are 1157 dual filament..

and you should have 2 flashers,, the hazzard flasher is on the fuse box..
look above the collumn for the turn flasher,, the purple wire from the collumn should go to it..
