Hey guys have two questions..... First of I have an 82 el camino with a 355 swap.... Ok first question... My running lights are not working.. brake lights work, turn signals work, and reverse lights work... Also all fuses are good...

Second question.. gas gauge. When key is off reads empty soon as key is on jumps too full...

Need help fixing these grimlins in my elco thanks in advance any help is welcome...

The light switch is fed by a separate power supply. Check the fusible links coning off the starter battery terminal.

An open circuit in the gauge sending unit or wiring will cause that. Check the wiring back by the tank and clean that ground connection back there.
