I've had a problem with melting fuses. They don't blow the fuse - the plastic melts. At one time it was so hot it melted the fuse box. I pulled the wires for the slot that was melted and added a new fuse line. It no longer gets hot. But now it's moved to a different fuse. It's not as hot as the first one was but will deform the fuse. I occasionally ( every time I drive it but not all the time ) get a whiff of melting wires but all the electrical still work as they are supposed to. There is no sign of melted wires - just the smell. Anyone have an idea?
