The other morning (6:00 am pst) while I was working on my dash & door wiring, I noticed dripping water. The windshield was covered in dew and running down behind the SS wiper rest, I couldn't see where it was going or how it was getting inside, when all else fails "Take it apart". Well I did and discovered that the sealant between the firewall and AC housing had hardened & cracked, removed this and will caulk with quick setting black caulking (I did this to the cowl/wipe area in my Blazer and stopped a leak that bothered me for years). I post pics as soon as I figure how to.

Thats a common leak spot. I decided to try the easy route before tearing the whole thing apart. I sprayed the edge with flex seal(you know the guy in the row boat with the screen door bottom) and it worked. Ang.
