Any body ever tried the wheel dip on a grill/ If so, how did it last and was the outcome pleasing to the eye?

Spray can Plasti-dip is what I found to be the answer for the grill in mine. Tried different paints and all would chip off.
The plasti-dip looks awful when you spray it but it flattens out as it dries and looks almost like powder coat.
Touches up well too. A dab with a brush in a chip and you will never know.

I rattle can painted my grill most of the work was prep as usual for a good job! Lot's O masking but worth the trouble in the end. I tried buying the repop grills from usual sources but the fit was bad or they came with broken end tabs twice packing was terrible! Finally looked at mine and the fit was great just faded paint. It's been over 5 years since I painted it and it still looks like new! Will be same process if you go with plasti-coat. Good luck! 😎
