I did the search and I found some instructions, but most of them I couldn't really understand because they had no pictures. Does anyone have a set of detailed instructions with pictures that I can use? I've already removed my inner fenders because I'm in the middle of rebuilding my front suspension.

Thanks for the help!

I installed a new heater core in my 72 Sprint right after I got it running as it sat for 14 years, It has factory A/C , I found it much easier to remove the right inner fender , the dash pad and eventully the entire dash. with all that out of the way the inner heater case falls right into the passenger compartment , lays nearly flat and allows for a very easy swap of cores.
I realize that most folks won't remove the dash, but it certainly made my life easier at the time.
I think the time saved by removing the dash offset the time I would have spent swearing at it .

It also helps to have a few cold ones close by.

Just my 2 cents .,Mike
