Truck driver called yesterday,car will be delivered today before noon...
I can't sleep...this is exciting.
I find it so funny getting attached to a car...LOL
I just love the 70's...the cars today have no soul.
They have a beautiful Chevy Corvair sitting next to a new Volt at the local Chevy dealer...
I'm going to grab some photos tomorrow...miss the old cars immensely.:cry:

cant stand the cookie cutter tin cans they sell today.i bought my wife a new inpala for valentines day a couple years back and what a pos it turned out to be. drove it 69,000 miles and got rid of it. good ridance to bad rubbish

Congrat's more pic's when it shows up. I'm waiting to get mine from the paint shop at the end of the week and I'm starting to get worked up .:nanawrench:

Starting a new restoration thread...everything looks great...mostly solid except for the drivers floor pan.
115,000 original miles as far as I can tell,original front end components,frame and undercarriage is excellent.
Crappy low compression 882 heads,76cc,2 barrel.
Engine locked up tight...valve train looks good..got the top of engine stripped down...running for sawzall blades shortly.
Engine will be out today.
