Welcome aboard! :beer: How far South? We have several active members from Palm Beach area on down to Key West. Our next planned meet will be a Beach Blast up in Cocoa Beach. In the mean time you can get tips right here on the forum. Also M&M Speed and Custom in Davie are members and can help too.

well im located in miami! but i dont mind taking a little drive to meet up with some people. and i really just need help with my interrior. non of my gauges work. and my dash is all cracked and messed up. and my engine needs a tune!

Well we have members in the area...La Carretera is in Hialeah. Haven't heard from Paki down in Kendall for a while...C-nota is there somewhere. I'm sure you can get some info from Rich or Josh or Mikey at M&M. I'm in Miami quite a bit on weekends. There is a place down on Calle Ocho called A&M warehouse...or maybe it is M&W. I've been wanting to check it out for a long time. Its kind of hard to stop at places to shop around that aren't a mall with the girlfriend...lol Anyway I suspect they may have seats and all sorts of stuff like that inside. But search through the forums here for interior, Ignition, Engine, etc. for good info and advice.

Welcome Kevin,I was born & raised in the Miami area,then Ft.Lauderdale area,now Melbourne area not far from RTATWK.What section of Miami are you from?Hope to meet you at shows.

I'm down in Key Largo for a little R 'n R this week; saw a nice 5th gen for sale roadside here (silver) yesterday. Nice collection of older cars here and the kind of lifestyle that goes with it. Was in Miami earlier in the week and stocked up on maintenance parts, so easy to do with all the autoparts stores around here. Sorry I can't be of help with your car, the only tool I have with me here is an ignition wrench I picked up at Auto Advance!

OMG Cees! If it is the same one I saw there a while back it wasn't so nice...lol It had a pretty bad attempt at the painted in bed liner and such. But there is really no such thing as a bad Camino. There was a boat parked there too for sale. Maybe you can meet up with Lenny while you are there in the Keys. I'll most likely be down Miami way next weekend.

Wow Kevin...South Beach...You must be too busy with the sights there on weekends to be able to work on your Sprint...lol I'll be happy to try and hook up when I am down there. In the meantime you can check a website called Cruisin South Florida and get info on where things are happening and you can meet up with others of any car/truck lovin types. There is a Friday cruise at a place called the Tower Shoppes (I think) just off of the 595 kind of in behind the Lauderdale airport. Well of course cruisin goes on in South Beach every weekend anyway. I am speaking of old cars...not the young girls...lol

Nice! Well I think you are a bit more towards the Malibu side with that Sprint. Thats one way to kind of search for things needed. I'll let you know when I will be that way and you can stay tuned in this Region 6 forum for anything going on with all of the active members.

Hello Kevin and welcome from the Keys . If possible put up a few photos of your ride . Hopefully you will be able to contact a few others that are in the Miami / Lauderdale area soon . It`s not until July but think about doing part of the Lake City To Key West Power Cruise when it comes through your area . Hope you will stick around and let know more about what you plan for your Camino . Should you need parts give Rich at M and M Speed and Custom in Davie , Fl. a call .

Cees Klumper , Glad to hear you are on vacation in Key Largo , Fl. and picking up some parts to take back home . For those of you that may not know , Cees purchased the El Camino that was featured in the TV series " My Name Is Earl " . He had it shipped over to Lake Geneva and I can imagine the heads it must turn driving it around . My wife laughs and calls Cees my " Hero " whenever I mention the show . Cees , if you see this I hope you are having a good time and it`s not too hot for you . I`m sorry that I`m too busy to get out of town to come up and say hello . I`m dealing with contractors and insurance reps from the recent fire to my rental house . If you are down in my area on Sun. Apr. 15 , we are having a car show on Sugarloaf Key , mile marker 17 at the Sugarloaf Lodge from noon to 4 pm . If you want to google it , it is the Florida Keys Southernmost Car Club . Not sure which weekend but the Upper Keys Car Club has a show at the Arbies sandwich/resturant in Key Largo . I will send you a PM with my cell # so if want to call and say hello or if there is something that I can help you with .
