Thank you ..I can honestly say I know every inch of that frame now...stil have things to add like the new crossmember for dual exhaust and every bushing on there..have to flip it back over also

Debbie, I noticed you flipped the frame...wow! What are you using to paint the frame?
Nice job cleaning and painting that frame!!!
Frame swap is a big but manageable job. I’m guessing you know about the Crown Vic crossmember for dual exhaust.
Tip from my frame swap. Driver side front cab and mid mid body mount locations have 5/8” diameter holes next to them that align with holes on the body. 5/8 rod from Lowe’s was used to guide the body and frame when reassembled. Passenger side are slotted to allow some adjustment to get it just right. “Measure until you hate your ruler” then torque the mounts to spec.
Enjoy the project.

I bought a gforce crossmember for dual exhaust
and thanks for the advice! any advice is welcome..I am learning as I go and excited about this project

yes and we need to flip it back now
I primed the frame grey and painted it gloss black....I used tractor implement paint and primer..

I admire your work conditions, I've been known to not want to go out and work in the garage because it's cold.
You are going to inspire me to tough it out and work more on mine. I just picked up my engine from the machine shop today. Now when the transmission is done I can start putting it back together.
