If original, there's a bracket in the back to hold it in place. Sure the power wiring isn't helping any, either.

There's a rear support bracket on the right rear corner of the radio. It will take a 10mm wrench to loosen the nut on the stud that attaches to the radio case. The bracket is slotted, so you don't have to remove the nut completely-just loosen it a few turns and you should be able to pull the radio forward. You may have to disconnect the antenna wire and electrical connectors; Sometimes there's enough slack in the wires to get the radio out of its home before unplugging things, but often there's not enough and you have to unplug before the radio is all the way out.
