The new engine is finally installed.
During record Florida heat for June, the beast is in.

I removed the cruise control and need to confirm the proper length for a stock speedo cable from the gauge to the TH350.
Checked RockAuto and I see words like "exc Cruise Control" yet it's also labeled as "lower" and "interconnector".

The lengths range all over and and honestly doesn't make much sense.

I've checked all the local vendors and I'm still at a loss.

Measuring this sort of cable is 1\2 measurement and "1\2 yeah that should work". (Not sure they'll accept a return for this part)

Surely someone must know which cable length is needed? ('78 El TH350)

I might have just found it, 68" which no one seems to carry locally.

Yikes. Okay I'll pull the gauge and go from there but, I'd really prefer to disassemble/assemble in one swoop. I appreciate the help y'all!
