most 350s use a 168 tooth flywheel , as opposed to a 153 tooth on most 305. You need either the 1 or 2 pc rear main seal flywheel to match the engine. 11 or 12" flywheel & pressure plate size. Lightweight flywheel can be good ONLY IF you have the appropriate combo.
You may want to do a google search specific to your swap for more specific info. The wrong heights of flywheel pressure plate combo's will ruin the geometry of the system. Aftermarket manufacturers may know what you need.

I have no hands on lt1 experience, but it may be possible for the lt1 flywheel to fit your setup, since the lt1 is pretty similar to later gen1 blocks. You'd need to do a little research to confirm this. (I went straight from gen1 to LS1). You'd be good to use most similar to what lt1 came with. Lots of different factors in clutch size ,materials & pressure plates specs .This all varies according to your planned use & needs You're most likely best to not worry about considering lighter flywheels at this point. Now you do need to worry about your rearend ratio. You can look up what 1st & 6th gear ratio your year t-56 came with (google).
You likely want something close to 3.42 gears, maybe even 3.73 for extra performance.

Well, your rear end gearing sounds in order. I'd probably use stock external slave cylinder hose & master cylinder from f-body application. I modified my stock ls1 master cylinder with a threaded coupler to make it adjustable. There are threads on doing this. You just have to set it up so that the mc doesn't go past near bottomed out when clutch pedal is fully depressed. You can also make a stop for clutch pedal.

Did a little checking for ya, looks like the lt1 flywheel will fit a 1pc seal gen 1 block. Centerforce adapter flywheel needed for 2 pc seal applications. This is link pertaining to lt1 6 speed ` swap into 89' f-body.
